14 Dezembro 🗞️ EN2 – Dia 2: De Santa Comba Dão a Aljustrel, entre serras, rios e um baloiço com vista para o infinito A segunda etapa da aventura pela EN2 levou-nos do centro verdejante de Santa Comba Dão até às planícies de Aljustrel, numa jornada marcada pela tranquilidade das aldeias serranas, pela força da natureza e por paragens surpreendentes. A estrada começou a serpentear suavemente até Penacova, com o rio Mondego sempre a espreitar. Logo depois, Vila Nova de Poiares e Góis trouxeram aquela mistura única de hospitalidade beirã e paisagens que respiram paz. Em Góis, o destaque foi para a travessia das suas pontes e as curvas que os motociclistas adoram. A seguir, a EN2 cruzou Pedrógão Grande, ainda com memórias do passado recente, mas com a força renovada das suas gentes. Já em Sertã, paragem obrigatória para reabastecer corpo e alma — e claro, provar a gastronomia local. O momento mais mágico do dia surgiu no Baloiço do Penedo Furado, um ponto alto da viagem — literalmente. Vista de postal, silêncio absoluto e aquela sensação de que a estrada vale cada minuto. A etapa terminou em Aljustrel, terra já marcada pelas planícies alentejanas, onde o ritmo abranda e o horizonte se estende sem pressa. Foram mais de 300 km de ligação entre montanhas e pradarias, sempre com a EN2 a guiar a emoção da descoberta. 🛵🛵🛵🛵🛵🛵🛵🛵🛵🛵🛵🛵🛵🛵🛵🛵🛵🛵🛵🛵🛵🛵🛵🛵🛵🛵🛵🛵🛵🛵🛵🛵🛵🛵🛵🛵🛵 14 December 🗞️ EN2 – Day 2: From Santa Comba Dão to Aljustrel, between mountains, rivers and a swing with a view to infinity The second stage of the adventure along the EN2 took us from the verdant center of Santa Comba Dão to the plains of Aljustrel, on a journey marked by the tranquility of the mountain villages, the strength of nature and surprising stops. The road began to wind gently towards Penacova, with the Mondego River always peeking out. Soon after, Vila Nova de Poiares and Góis brought that unique mix of Beira hospitality and landscapes that breathe peace. In Goiás, the highlight was crossing its bridges and the curves that motorcyclists love. Afterwards, the EN2 crossed Pedrógão Grande, still with memories of the recent past, but with the renewed strength of its people. Now in Sertânia, a mandatory stop to replenish body and soul — and of course, try the local cuisine. The most magical moment of the day came at Balanço do Penedo Furado, a highlight of the trip — literally. Postcard view, absolute silence and that feeling that the road is worth every minute. The stage ended in Aljustrel, a land already marked by the Alentejo plains, where the pace slows down and the horizon stretches out without haste. #094/2024 Viagem Regresso de Viseu

22 Agosto Viagem de regresso de Viseu, efetuando o mesmo trajeto, ou quase, no sentido contrário. Decididos a obter os elementos necessários para a próxima atividade - Passaporte Douro - íamos com o intuito de obter os respetivos passaporte, pelo que decidimos passar no centro de Lamego onde acabamos por almoçar num local opimo - Rest. O Sonho, optando por fazer os 13km com maior numero de curvas até à Régua. Nova paragem no Centro de Turismo da Régua, onde obtivemos os Passaportes Douro bem como para a E.N.2. Regressando a casa pelo mesmo percurso realizado na viagem anterior. 🛵🛵🛵🛵🛵🛵🛵🛵🛵🛵🛵🛵🛵🛵🛵🛵🛵🛵🛵 22 August Travel back from Viseu, following the same route, or almost, in the opposite direction. Having decided to obtain the necessary elements for the next activity - Douro Passport - we were going with the intention of obtaining our respective passports, so we decided to stop by the center of Lamego where we ended up having lunch in a great place - Rest. The Dream, choosing to do the 13km with the greatest number of curves until Régua. New stop at the Régua Tourism Center, where we obtained the Douro Passports as well as for the E.N.2. Returning home along the same route taken on the previous trip.
