Clearing rider statistics

You are able to clear rider statistics within the Detecht app. Follow these steps:

1. Open the Detecht app and sign in
2. Go to the user Profile tab
3. Press the settings icon ⚙︎
4. Scroll down to the Services category of the menu
5. Press Reset driver statistics
6. Press Reset on the dialog that appears
7. Press Confirm on the dialog that appears

Delete user account

You are able to delete your entire Detecht account either in the app or on the web. You will need to be logged in to your account to be able to delete it.

Delete via the app

Follow these steps to delete your account in the app:

1. Open the Detecht app and sign in
2. Go to the user Profile tab
3. Press the settings icon ⚙︎
4. Scroll down to the Services category of the menu
5. Press Delete user data
6. Press Delete
7. Confirm the deletion by pressing Confirm

Delete via the web

To delete via the website you will need to navigate to https://www.detechtapp.com and sign in with your Detecht account in the top right corner.

Once signed in:

1. Navigate to your profile at the top right corner
2. Choose Account in the menu
3. Press Delete User Data
