Most of the time spent in Tokyo traffic (which always shocks me how ridiculous, dangerous and unpleasant it is), then the traffic is less congested in the middle of Saitama. The road is slow paced in general with a bunch of tight curves (probably best for supermoto and sport bikes). The road is good quality in general, with a few view Points.
